The event is split into 2 rounds.

Round 1:

• Problem statement with an example to guide you will be given. You will have until Sunday 3pm to analyse it and find relevant data/datsets pertaining to the theme that you choose ( One out of the two should be chosen) You will also be provided with a few guidelines.
• From Friday 8pm until Saturday 8pm(official start of event), no communications will occur and all our mentor channels will be silent. You would have to analyse and approach the problem yourself in this duration. Right after the event inaugration, communications will be opened on our Discord server and mentors will be available to answer your queries and guide you.
• Submission for this round is at 3pm on Sunday 7th March
• Results for this round will be assesed post 3pm, in the meanwhile you can attend our Guest Speakers talk. Do note that you will not be given much time to prepare your presentation incase you are selected as a finalist, so do be ready with the basic strucure of your ppt.

Round 2:

• The top 8 finalists will be selected based on Round 1 submissions.
• Starting at 6 pm, they will be required to start presenting their inferences and solutions to our judging panel. Each team will be given 10 minutes to present, split up as 7+3 (7 minutes to present and 3 minutes for judges' questions). You can choose to use a powerpoint presentation in order to present in round 2.
• The final winners will be decided based of multiple factors such as innovativeness, feasibility, clarity of thought etc.
